Urban Oasis is a Miami-style waterfront development in Dubai’s Business Bay. Missoni designed the inside and outside of the skyscraper, making it the world’s second residential project. There are 38 tales in all.
Dar Al Arkan Properties is the project’s developer. The project is now in development, with a completion date of December 2023 projected.

The waterfront development’s great foyer is decorated with geometric forms, zigzag patterns, and patchwork. All Missoni Urban Oasis residential flats are completely furnished and include spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, closed kitchens, and panoramic views.

Location
The ideal position of Urban Oasis in Business Bay, Dubai’s primary business center with many residential and commercial buildings, allows easy access to the city’s well-developed infrastructure and monuments. Several metropolitan icons are within walking distance of Urban Oasis, including the Burj Khalifa (5 minutes away), Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Beach, and Dubai Mall (10 minutes away). Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), one of Dubai’s main motorways, is adjacent to the apartment complex. The neighborhood has excellent transportation options, including buses, taxis, metro, water taxis, and rental automobiles. Lillian Tower 1 and Lillian Tower 2 are the nearest bus stations, both of which are less than a ten-minute walk away. Business Bay Metro Station exit 1 is the closest subway stop (15 minutes’ walk).
