Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Offplan Specialist to join our team and excel in the exciting field of off-plan property sales. The Offplan Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing pre-construction properties, guiding them through the entire process, and providing in-depth knowledge about off-plan projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers to understand their investment goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Showcase off-plan projects to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and potential returns on investment.
  • Provide comprehensive information about project specifications, payment plans, and timelines.
  • Educate clients on the off-plan purchasing process, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Coordinate site visits and property tours to help clients visualize the project’s potential.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of developers, investors, and industry professionals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, upcoming developments, and competitor activities in the off-plan sector.
  • Assist clients in selecting the right property based on their objectives and risk appetite.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of property purchases, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Guide clients through the contract and paperwork process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the construction and handover phases.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials for off-plan projects.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand market knowledge and connections.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and project details

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Offplan Specialist, Real Estate Agent, or related role.
  • Deep knowledge of off-plan property market trends, regulations, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM systems, and relevant software tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid real estate license in accordance with local regulations (if applicable).
  • UAE Drivers License
