We, at Powerhouse, are actively looking for an experienced Mortgage Assistant to join our growing team.

What we look for within you:

  • Minimum of one-year Mortgage experience (Real Estate Field)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in offering expert customer service to clients
  • Strong market awareness and Clientele History
  • A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
  • Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Writing /Speak)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit/Confident and professional appearance
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • Candidate who can speak Arabic, French, Hindi, Russian, and Chinese

Job Description

  • To make sure clients understand the different types of mortgages available.
  • Advise clients on the right mortgage product for their home buying or refinance.
  • To have a clear understanding of DBR.
  • To make use of in-depth knowledge of the market to find mortgage products suitable for the needs of various clients, who have different financial circumstances.
  • Initially, more efforts were required to create a strong network to obtain business.
  • Advise different pros and cons of each product and also help them determine how much they should borrow.
  • Carrying with the utmost integrity and ensuring to avoid such actions that may result in a repetitional risk to the organization.
  • Thorough understanding of Residential, Commercial, Off-Plan, Bulk mortgages, Land & Construction finance loans.
  • Should be fully accredited for selling mortgage & Islamic Loans.
  • Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ sales KPIs as directed by the Management in line with ‘Revenue’ targets.
  • Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, and networking events.
  • Regularly generate a pipeline of new opportunities and increase Sales volumes
  • Tie-ups with Introducers and channel partners to generate business avenues and increase business opportunities.
  • Maintain solid relationships with Business partners such as Banks, Developers, Real Estate Introducers
  • Adhere to all policies with regard to KYC/ AML as set out by the Bank from time to time.
  • Should be Loyal & Honest in Work.
