Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC, was founded in 2006 with the goal of developing a portfolio of projects that offer long-term investment in the UAE real estate market.

DIR has delivered residential, commercial, and industrial assets throughout the UAE over the years. The Mirdif Hills in Mirdif, Ritaj in DIP, residential and mixed-use structures around the UAE, employee housing, warehouses, and land banks are just a few of DIR’s properties. The projects that DIR is now working on are Mirdif Hills and the Al Barsha Tower in the Barsha neighborhood.
