Laeving 1 star to Mohamad Wirasat simply because I could not leave 0... As a tenant or as a landlord, I have dealt with plenty of brokers thoughout the world, and Mohamad Wirasat was probably the worst I ever had to deal with... He told me he is new to industry, yet not preventing him to be cocky, know it all - when not aggressive - while being unprofessional (never on time, not helpful at all... ) and not accountable for anything... i put this on account of his immaturity and definitely not recommend him - he is not done for this job. In Dubai, I had always used Better Homes in same building. Never had issue with them. If Powerhouse Real Estate wants to keep certain standards, they should be more careful with this broker behavior issue.
